Not my best painting. But what pleasure to be out there in the fresh air, pushing paint around! I decided from the get-go to be forgiving of myself and my rustiness (it'd been a few months— half a year? — since I'd painted outside!), and just celebrate getting started. 'Cause that's always the hardest part: just showing up and beginning.
